DUCKIE DASH

Registration: On-line or at Centennial Park Registration Tent by 1:30 pm race day
Check-in: At Centennial Park Registration Tent by 1:30 pm
Qualifications: Amateur (Beginner through expert)
Cost: $10 per participant
Description: Starting at the Centennial Park Boat Ramp competitors will dash, or paddle, their way to through the Whitewater Park, splash through the feature play wave in front of cheering crowds, charge under 4th St bridge and finish by landing their boat at the train depot take out. The river may be raging so expect high water and numerous obstacles. Participants should be comfortable being on and in the water! Location: Green Gate, ¼ mile west of 1st Street Bridge, south side of river. This event will be run in waves of 3 to 4 approximately every 20 minutes. There were will be a finals race with the top finishers. There were will be a finals race with the top 8 finishers. Duckies, personal flotation devices, and paddles will be provided but you can bring your own river appropriate gear if you choose. You must by 16 or older to participate.
